01

The freedive.

Three modes, one tap

Open Water, Pool, or Dry Apnea. Pick one on the home screen and tap once. That is the last time you touch the screen.

Your default mode lives in General Settings on iPhone, and the watch has its own settings for everything you set in the water. Pool and dry apnea recording are free for everyone.

Live Dive: it starts the moment you descend

The freedive depth screen. Every dive is detected automatically: the moment you descend it is tracking depth, descent and ascent rate, dive time, max depth and water temperature, second by second.

Back on iPhone every dive gets its own profile, second by second. Lay the temperature over the depth, then step from one dive to the next.

Recovery

Surface, and a recovery timer starts alongside your live heart rate, so you know when you are ready to freedive again. Last depth and last dive time sit underneath.

The watch switches from Live Dive to Recovery and back on its own. On iPhone, heart rate is charted across the whole session beside depth and temperature; drag one chart and all three move together.

Session Overview

Dive count, session time and battery across the top. Max depth and longest dive in the middle, water temperature and calories at the bottom. Your whole freedive session at a glance.

On iPhone the same session opens in full: every number, the map and your route, your photos and video, conditions, notes and a rating.

Speed

Your peak descent and ascent rates for the session, and the moment you hit each one. Your live rate sits beside the depth on Live Dive.

Every dive's profile on iPhone carries its own speed data.

8 alarms you feel through a wetsuit

Max dive time. Target depth. Sequential depth. Surface interval, with a Smart mode that scales the wait to your last dive. Session time. Minimum temperature. Hydration. Low battery.

Each one is a triple-tap you feel through a wetsuit, an amber pulse around the screen, and the metric that tripped it turning amber. Set them on either device; they stay in sync.

Stealth mode

The screen dims and haptics go silent as you descend. Full brightness returns the moment you surface.

One toggle in Open Water settings, on iPhone or on the watch. After that there is nothing to remember and nothing to touch.

Share.

Live Share

Send a web link and anyone can follow your session live: where you are, how deep you went, how long you held. No app needed at their end.

Your iPhone does the sending, so it needs to be nearby and online, on your buoy or in the boat. Updates go out each time you surface and lift your wrist clear of the water. The watch shows the share status.

Share a session or a dive

Share a whole session or a single dive as a card, set over your photo with the title, max depth, longest dive and dive count. Or as a video, sized for Instagram and TikTok.

Straight to Instagram Story, Instagram Messages, TikTok, WhatsApp, Messages, or anywhere else through the iOS share sheet.

3D Flyover

Your route, flown by a drone. A slow turn high above the site, then the camera drops in and chases your track as the line draws itself over satellite imagery and 3D terrain, then pulls back to reveal the whole route.

Your max depth, longest dive and dive count, the place and the date are set into the picture, and it ends on a card. Rendered from any Open Water session with a route, as a video ready to post.

Pool and dry apnea training.

Pool

Counts every length and totals your distance automatically. Save a length with the Action Button mid-swim, rest between efforts on a timer, and set a rest target so the watch tells you when to go again.

Underwater the Action Button is a stopwatch; at the surface it saves the length you dialled. Pool length and start depth are set in Training Settings. Recording is free; the session review on iPhone is Pro. Read the pool freediving guide.

Action Button: stopwatch underwater, save a length at the surface

Dry apnea

A guided breathe-up counts you in, one button on the screen starts and stops the hold, and your personal best is tracked as you go. Anywhere, any time, no water required.

Breathe-up is set in Training Settings on either device; your personal best is edited on iPhone.
