Tap once on your Apple Watch Ultra before entering the water. Water lock activates, touch is disabled, and FreeDive begins monitoring.

Every descent below 1.0m is automatically detected, timed, and profiled. Surface intervals are tracked with live heart rate. The Digital Crown scrolls between 6 live screens.
